Individual Fundamentals,

Individual fundamental drills like these from the iBook, Practice Baseball to Win, are the focus in the second phase of practice and usually includes 3 or 4 drills. A time of 15 to 20 minutes is suggested for this phase of the practice. For younger players more drills of shorter duration work better. Ten minutes for any drill is a long time, even for a college player.
