Coaching Baseball Pick Offs

Went by a practice yesterday and saw 3 guys participating in a drill and 15 standing around waiting for their turn.  Time is valuable and standing around is boring. Try to do more than one thing at a time to get more done and keep interest high.  Here’s an example from the iBook, Practice Baseball to Win, with pick offs and rundowns.
