Coaching Baseball Throwing

When coaching baseball throwing, getting the players to use their trunk and legs is a challenge. I’ve found that using this knee to ground drill from the iBook, Practice Baseball to Win, is helpful in getting players to feel how the rotation of the hips, and trunk, help to accelerate the hand and ball.
